First smoke on the Kettle

This was my first time "smoking" on my 22". I have no thermometers yet. Just the one on top of the grill. I went for 250-270 on that. I do have an old internal thermometer I used to see if it's done but that's it. No wraps, just about 5.5 hours of smoking. Meathead's Memphis Dust. Feedback and suggestions are welcome!

You went counter-clockwise ......for pork, that's a must !!!!

That's part of why it turned out so good.....the rest is luck, skill & Weber.... 8)
