@Brain_STL , I think a 26er with a SnS would be just about the perfect setup.

I have the original SnS and it's usually in my 26er. I use it in the 22 as well. It works great in either size

I tell ya, I never realized how versatile the 26er is. I put Grill Grates on them and have had wonderful results. I've also smoked ribs and a pork butt on it when I didn't feel like firing up the WSM. Such a great all purpose beast!
