Since I just got the Weber Gourmet Grill Grate, I was putting off the accessories for now. I might have splurged if Home Depot had them there, but I can wait to order online.
In the meantime I will use my regular wok and today I found a griddle at Walmart. It fits the grate so I didn't mind parting with just $8.52.
Used it tonight for my dinner....salmon, romaine with mushrooms and onion and tomato. Was very tasty. One thing tho is figuring out how much coal to use for smaller meals. I used more than I really needed and had to push them to the sides more. It was too hot centered under the pan.
