Well, that was a quick dinner. Just took 10 minutes to light my chimney half full.......then roti the chicken for 1:15. Yes, the veggie cooked in the drippings and was quite good. All gone. My guys were very hungry and I didn't take plated pics.

The only part of this I don't like is the cleaning. I soaked the basket in hot sudsy water and it did clean up faster than I thought it would. But it would not be too good to leave it over night, soak it as soon as possible.

How many thighs could you fit on it?  What about whole chickens?

@tb80 I will be doing thighs soon.  Really depends on size as to how many will fit. Because the spit runs thru the box, meats need to be on each side of center. This basket will be used for lots of things, but has some limitations too because of the spit.  But I think it could also be used directly on the grate to house veggies and such and just flip.
