Homemade vortex with a full chimney of lump.  Chicken tenderloins 2 ways and onion rings. Tenderloins we have done before 1st time with the rings. Both done in about 35 min.

You will love it.

I used this recipe the last couple times.

 I don't flip them though. I also added 3 Tbsp of Rib Rack brand chicken rub in the wet mix.

I need to play around with it some more. Coconut crusted strips and onion rings next.

Yes you will enjoy it. I don't have a legit vortex just a stainless bowl with the bottom cut out. First time I used it was tonight. Can't believe how such an easy cook produces such good food
