Although I can't make it this year, I wanted to contribute. I did this at the last minute last year, and I don't think many people saw it, so I thought I would re-play it this year.

Also have a Thermoworks Extra Big and Loud Timer to offer as a door prize. I'll mail it to whoever wins it. @zavod44 you can figure out how to manage all that.
