Would this adapter work to fill a 5 lb tank from a 20 lb

This is my adapter. You will need one end of your hose to have a POL connection (counter-clockwise threaded male) for the quick connect adapter needed for the Weber 5 lb tanks. The other end can be POL or QCC1 to connect to the 20 lb tank.  I bought the copper hose with the POL connectors pre-made by someone on ebay.
