Colored Porcelain

Has anyone ever asked Weber how many units would have to be purchased to get a custom color? Maybe the club could put together enough orders to do it.

I took a BBQ store chain in Canada for them to do it. I doubt we have the numbers to get them to do one color. That's considering we all agree on one color.

Man I'm not normally that pessimistic.

Count me in. I vote blue.
Still need a 22” yellow

I'll take a euro green 26r. Or crate and barrel blue 26r.

I contacted a vintage appliance restoration company. Stripping and refinishing a 26r...was quoted $600

I think that for custom the minimum order is 500 units.

It was not a BBQ store. It was Weber Canada that decided to run these colours. There are 500 of each sold here. Any stores that are part of the "Weber Alliance" can sell the coloured Master Touch grills. Not Home Depot, not Lowe's, Not Walmart. The colours are not available at the big box stores here in Canada, just at Weber dealers .

Wow, That would be 2000 Mastertouch at 500 each of four colors. Thanks for the info. Guess paint is the only way to get a custom color.
