homemade mozzarella?
« on: March 09, 2016, 10:43:51 PM »
was chatting with a foodie friend tonight and he suggested that I make my own mozzarella.

he said it was easy to do and it tastes so much better.

I googled it. It doesn't look as hard as I would have thought (I used to make Brie and Swiss)
BUT I"M LAZY.

Anyone ever made their own?
Is it worth it?

@Troy -  I have not,  but I'll ask my exec chef friend if its worth it for personal use.  His restaurant makes their own.
