Interesting find - Weber Carving Knife
« on: November 06, 2015, 06:12:05 PM »
Hey all, I snagged this oddball off eBay a couple weeks ago and wanted to share. 8)

It's an 11" Carving Knife made from top quality steel and manufactured under the "Weber Knives" name. I've seen steak knives before and found one old post about a similar knife but the pics were expired... it certainly has held it's edge well, damn near sliced my finger doing a very scientific "sharpness test" ;) Anyways, I'm looking forward to testing it out - most likely on TURKEY!

Enjoy!

Obviously looking for a Glen Blue (who isn’t?😂).

Looking for anything Happy Cooker, including any re-branded as Montgomery Ward.  I’ve amassed a nice collection, but I’m missing a few still.  Let me know if you can help a fella out🤞

Unfortunately... it says to NOT use it to open bottle caps or packages, two of your main activities.

This was actually on the cheap! $10 BIN and another $10 to ship. Well worth 20 bones in my opinion 8)

Indeed they are! No worries, the Weber bottle opener is always close at hand and I can unwrap a boxed kettle with nothing more than a car key ;D

Hopefully I've correctly copied a link to a post I made regarding some Weber knives I picked up a while back.

http://weberkettleclub.com/forums/weber-kettles-accessories/weber-knives/msg143607/#msg143607

I picked up two different sets, one was a set of steak knives and the other was a set called The Essentials (which included the carving knife like the one posted in the beginning of this thread).
