New fav & Easy



Quartered+ (bite size) then dropped in large zip bag w/ oil & seasoning. Shake & set aside to tend the grill ready, re-shake & spread out indirect an hour @ Mid-High. Add smoke to taste (they take it well.)

Throw sum S&P, rub, or whateverer gives you wood, in the bag too. I made some smoked chipotle powder that I like to toss in, tuscan blend goes good or majik dust or...

Those look great! We usually do them in the cast iron in the stove, but now I can see it going in the grill!
