First cook on the copper...

This was the prelude to a crazy night...which I'll be posting about shortly.
Grilled a sirloin and sweet potato for myself on the new copper, with a Russian Imperial Stout to round things out. I'm all by myself here at the house, and I have to say, it's lonely without the lovely wife and kids...but I do love a rare stake without any questions/comments from the peanut gallery.
