Late Memorial Day Pics Brisket & Baby Backs

Sorry for the late posting but we all like pics, so here you go! This is a whole brisket cut in half.

That's a ton of stuff !!!

Almost looks like work!!!!!

It looks pretty dang yummy from way over here......just a small FYI, some of your brisket slices are with the grain.....try across the grain as it will seem an even more tender chew......looks dang delectable still the same !!!!!

What were the sides to this giant pile?
"If you want it fancy there is BBQ spray paint at home depot for that. "

Yep, I'm the dumbass! :o LOL!!! I realized I was cutting the wrong direction after I cut bunch off then switched directions for the rest of it.
The sides were grilled corn on the cobb, mac & cheese, smoked wings(forgot to take pics of those), potato salad & cole slaw!

We had 16 people and had plenty of leftovers!

Thanks! It was a first for me but it all worked out well with rotating.
