Grilled Dorado for dinner tonight.

Super simple, but very tasty!

EVOO, Kosher salt, cracked pepper and lime juice. I grilled the filets, direct, over some well burning lump. The homemade mango salsa really puts this over the top for me.

I didn't get any action shots, but thought you guys might like this plated pic.
