1/2 rib on rotisserie with basket
« on: October 16, 2014, 02:09:47 PM »
Had this 1/2 rib in freezer and thought since I had the rotisserie and bought a basket I thought I would try the rib and see how it turned out and it turned out great. cooked about  225-250 for 4 1/2 hrs. and spitzed every hr. with apple juice.

That there is a good idea.  One I might borrow sooner than later.

Irv, what basket did you buy? Been wondering about some interesting (read: cheap) accessories for my rotisserie.
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch
