quick reply improvement

Tonight I improved the quick reply function.
It's always been there, but it was collapsed and BELOW the bar at the bottom of posts.
I moved it up and expanded it. Cheers

The quick reply box being moved closer to the last message in the thread is nice and will serve its purpose I'm sure, but my preference is to have it collapsed by default as it seems a bit distracting reading the threads this morning. The distraction may be because its new and different, but I guess time will tell.
