A cooler day fell over the Northland today (high of 55) and it felt like a good day for spaghetti. Figured I could put a slight Weber twist on it.
After about 25 min on indirect heat, with a light smoke and the sauce getting warmed up in the back ground.
Time to get in the pool...
Overall it was awesome to have some grilled meatballs and some sauce off the grill and was a hit with the whole clan.
