Late Post - Canada Day Ribs

Last week was very busy for me. When I was at home, I was completely exhausted ... trying to recover from all of the activities.
Aussie, WKC member,
nuts4ribs
, tied the knot with my niece on July 5th.
Before all that, there was lots going on. My parents hosted a gathering of mostly Aussies for the Canada Day celebrations.
I was requested to cook up some ribs. They were cooked on Sunday June 29th, and then hauled up to my folks place.
I re-heated them on July 1st ... and they were a hit! And, so were the turds and moinks!
I cooked 6 racks on the UDS, plus a tray of drip pan beans. 40 turds and 20 moinks on my boy blue.
