Can I ask what does XC mean?

The Weber Ninja is correct! She is our in house Exec. Chef, and quite frankly I think my food would be very boring without her!

Did you you post on the "Introduce Yourself" thread? If you did I missed it and I apologize for that. Anyway, welcome to this crazy, great place!! Lots of excellent info and great folks!

Cheers , will do a wee introduction just now. Will need to start experimenting with my cooking , steaks, burgers, ribs are my limit so far.

 "Executive  Chef"
Thanks, I was trying to figure that out as well.

Great looking cook! I'm pondering the first cook on my new 26 and have yet to try potatoes like that. It's great to have grill space for a bunch of veggies and a bunch of meat at the same time. ;D
kettles, smokers...

Nice cook. Glad you liked the potatoes. I think the CI does a nice job of cooking them evenly. CI cookware and weber kettles were made for each other.
