I cook burgers, brats and hotdogs direct on a charcoal go anywhere.(no pics)
I also smoke salmon or trout indirect on a go anywhere with a homemade little deflector plate.
I have at least 6 Smokey Joe's. I cannot remember when the last time I cooked on one.
