recommended Jumbo Joe tools and accessories?

- funny, these look exactly like the Weber!
I prefer stainless steel hinged grates, but they're not absolutely necessary.  I do not like cast iron grates.
- why don't you like cast iron grates? can you link to the flip grate you do use?
