Had a couple pounds of chicken strips swimming all day in the Mad Hunky Nekkid brine doctored up with black pepper...
But I didn't want chicken strips...
So I rolled em and wrapped em in BACON!
Dusted em with House Autry medium hot breading...
And around the Mighty V they go...Lid temp was around 500 and a chunk of Hickory...
And after 35 minutes it's time to eat...
Served with a cold and crispy salad it was a perfect Friday night supper...
