Christmas chicken kabobs
« on: December 11, 2017, 09:48:30 AM »
Just a simple cook of chicken kabobs.  Used boneless/skinless thighs marinated with Italian dressing.  Used red and green bell peppers for a festive look.  Cooked on my stacker using RO lump with the diffuser taken out.  Served with a great salad and a nice glass of Robert Mondavi Pinot Noir.

I haven't tried chicken marinated in Italian dressing. I'll have to give that a whirl. Thanks for sharing!
