This works best with big meaty back ribs in my opinion...
Ribs are sliced and tossed onto a very hot grill...Direct heat...
After they take on some sear then we use a thinned down sauce to baste em with...
From this point its sauce and turn...Sauce and turn...Try not to burn...Sauce and turn...
When the sauce is gone I move em indirect for a bit...
And that's it...Good eating for sure...
