Here's a few picks of my first pork shoulder on my trusty black! All rubbed up and grills running steady about 250.. Had the minion method happening!
After about 10 hours, looking SWEET!!
Time to take it off at 194 internal temp and rest for about 45 minutes! Bear claw time!!!
Now the finished product!! Sandwich time!!
Toss some corn and potato salad and that wraps up my July 4th.. And I can't forget
