Sunday Night Stir Fry
« on: September 21, 2014, 05:12:20 PM »
Some chicken and pork is on the menu for tonight!

Figured I would try some Coshell and see if I could get some good high heat for the wok.

hOT!

Staging the food.  Some peas, carrots, broccoli, chicken and pork

Meat getting a bit of the breath of the wok!

Veggies

Noodles added to the chaos.

Plated pic....tasted pretty good!

The posting of the cook and cool down time.

That looks fantastic.  I really need to get the Weber Wok setup.  It is on my list of things to buy.  The Coshell works really good.  I used a bag so far and was impressed.
