Pork Butt is goin down

Just threw a 7 pound butt on the grill. Here's to a day of smokin' and cold ones!

I see myself doing one of these in the near future.
This is a fairly cheap hobby when you consider the time  with family and friends and how many meals are created.

  OK.....right there is a good example of swiftly moving airflow & thin blue smoke.....exactly what you're looking for most of the time........if there's a little blast of white or thicker gray smoke here & there, no big deal, but mostly like this would be ideal !!!

Cook update - 4.5 hours in. A little spray down with apple cider vinegar.

6.5 hours in, stalled at 162!

Sorry fellas, I didn't get end pics. It ended around 8:00PM. That was 9.5 hours total cook time. Turned out really good. Definitely having leftovers for lunch today.
