Meatloaf

Excellent crust , almost to crispy but pretty much perfect. Big loaf, 2+ lbs plus fillers. Next time 2 smaller ones for a slightly thinner crust.

The loaf, I added 3 slices of bacon and rub all around:

Looks good! What kind of rub did you use? (I would have grilled the spuds and sprouts too, but that's just me. ;) )

Did you consider a bacon weave or would that have been too much bacon? (... too much bacon? ??? ;) )
kettles, smokers...

Thanks Hank! If I'm doing a weave it's for a fatty, I prefer the taters grilled myself but the wifey asked for something not smokey for a break  ;D might be time for an upgrade! I prefer the moisture in my leafy veggies that a steamer yields, every now and then I'll try roasted sprouts or broccoli and I always revert back to the steamer with some butter and cheddar.

For the rub I used a chili powder/paprika blend, other than the extra thick crust I really liked the outcome.
