Hi everybody! I just bought my first Weber grill today, a Master Touch 22 inch kettle grill. I've been using a rather large Char-Broil offset smoker for the last few years, but after watching numerous videos about the Weber kettle grills, I fell in love. I hope to smoke either a brisket or pork butt this weekend, whatever I can finds at the store. I look forward to all kinds of fun and informative ideas here!
