Grass fed Chuck and thick cut bacon. I've been on a smoked burger kick lately. Forgive my weird bun, it's carb free.
SPG and smoke 'till 140°.
I I was about to buy a new green and attach it to my old performer. Luckily I found this one.

I bought them and keep them frozen. They are not only carb, but taste free too. But I was getting sick of lettuce wraps. I have seen recipes, I'm going to try those instead when these go away.

Lol...I am low carb myself. I usually lose the bottom bun and keep the top. Like an upside down burger

Colby Jack on top too... :-O
Love the grind your own! I use a LEM Might Bite if anyone is interested in a meat grinder, I highly recommend one - well any of the LEM products that is:

I started grinding about two years ago. I buy a big ass grass fed chuck cheaper than the questionable ground meat.
