Pork steaks

Cooked some pork steaks today marinated them in huli huli  sauce and cooked 250 - 275 indirect for 3 hrs. turned out great.

Where's the pork steak central area in the US?   St. Louis?
I do them often enough, but I know there's some places where they are a very common staple item....

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...
