Cooking with spirit
« on: May 02, 2018, 04:17:26 PM »
I’m shifting my focus to fast healthy week night cooks with little prep and clean up. This little spirit is proving very handy achieving that.

Chicken breasts for grilled chicken salad. It was great.

The kettles will do the real grilling and smoking when I have the time.

I never thought I’d see the day that I enjoyed cooking on a gasser.

Gassers are perfect for a quicky. Steak, chicken, kabobs...planks...burgers...all that smack. So no frown faces....[emoji3]

Just an FYI, but gassers are "real grilling"   :-)

I don’t have any gassers but if I did I’d be looking for the Weber Q. No hating here. I too need to eat healthier and cut weight.

Looking for: Red MBH 26"(The Aristocrat), Chestnut-coppertone (The Estate), Glen-blue (The Imperial), and The Plainsman.

I have a weber Q and love it. I havent used my 5 burner gasser in probably 6 months. Only downside is inability to cook indirect.
