Tonight’s low carb meal off the WSM 22 and 18 OTG . Beef ribs , smoked cabbage , grilled artichoke, and jalapeño pinto beans. The cabbage was hollowed out and poured in olive oil , lemon zest , lemon juice , orange juice, garlic , parsley , cumin , paprika , pepper flakes , and sugar marinade , along with some compound butter . Left over marinade went on the artichoke after boiling them. Excellent meal and first time having artichoke and cabbage off the grill. Excellent flavor and a great way to add fun healthy sides to smoke.
