I saw someone cook this a while back and I had to give it a try.
I cut a chicken breast into strips, sprinkled with some cajun seasoning, added some tarragon from the garden, and wrapped in bacon.
On the Performer with some cauliflower.
Flipped.
Plated with some sauteed mushrooms and leftover cabbage.
You can't go wrong with a bacon wrap. Thanks for looking.
