I cheated... Sorry... I replaced the ignition starter and igniter on my Silver Genesis S330 gas grill and put it to the test a couple nights ago with the following

The first pic is the steak getting to room temperature in the oven.... Didn't want to have to hurt my cats if I left it on the counter top! [emoji6]
