A couple of cooks, pics and what's on tap for this weekend

Black iron Porterhouse chops with sautéed mushrooms and onions with mashed taters on the performer

Just a pic of a pretty sear on a pork tenderloin. Offset the lid and really crank the heat.

Back to the basics burger and tater tots on the faded black. Kids choice award winner

This was a fun day cooking on the yellow. Just love this cooker. A Slab of spare ribs done with Killer Hogs rub and sauce, then later on in the day a f/b pasta cook challenge. Linguine in a heavy cream sauce, peppers, onions, andouille, chicken, Cajun seasonings done in the black iron.

On tap for this weekend, a first for me, beef back ribs. Have only done short ribs before but these still had a lot of meat left on them.

Also, some abt's and pork steaks. Always a favorite around here.

What's on everyone else's menu this weekend?

Have a good one fella's!

Good stuff. The spare ribs St. Louis cut with tips cooking next to it?  That's what I do. I'm never sure which I like better.

I'm bringing the pizzaque to a friends tomorrow night. Then Saturday probably doing a pork butt. More for practice. I have been trying to dial in consistency.

I'm doing a trial run tonight on making dough and cooking pizza. Yes that will be 2 nights in a row but my friends are competitive and I won't be blindsided. [emoji3]

They are all making pizza.

Good stuff, Travis. The linguine looks fantastic. I also love the fact that you're still using that black MBH.
