Reverse seared NY strip, taters & a Peach

Few steaks, dry aged in fridge for 48 hours, marinated for 24 hours. Skillet taters  and a Peach beer....mmmm

Very good!..kind of an early release if ya ask me, it's a spring beer...but still very good
