@austin87  Smoked cheese needs time for the smoke to mellow out otherwise it tastes like your licking an ash tray :o. It sure is hard to wait but I was planning on a couple weeks. I think I'll open one up this weekend though. 8)

haha ok that sounds good. It SMELLS like an ash tray right now. I'll probably break into one in 3-4 days and hold the rest for at least a week or two. Thanks!
