Do an indirect Baltimore pit beef sirloin roast. I did one on my old Sam Adams 18 and it was killer. Sirloin roast layed on indirect with one basket of Kingsford. Both vents open full tilt. 40- 45 min later pulled and sliced as thin as possible all juicy and bloody. Layered on a roll and slathered in horseradish cream sauce. Bite, chew, swallow....repeat. Wash down with Bud Light. Don't forget pics...its easy to forget the hungrier you get.
