Pork spare ribs, grilled salad, and potatoes salad

Seasoned with yellow mustard, kosher salt and course black pepper. Sauced half of it with my wife's delicious bbq sauce. Grilled Romain with a home made lemon vinaigrette. Pecan wood for smoke.
