Some Simple Halves

Most of the time, I do not like to complicate bbq …. Just a little Salt & Pepper (S&P).
These chicken halves were lightly coated in EVOO, then some Kosher salt, and fresh cracked pepper. Some pear wood for smoke. Delicious!

- I find that the pear is quite mild for flavour. I prefer apple and cherry.

- That was leftover rice from some Thai take-away. My wife added some fresh pineapple to it. Very good!
