OK, sweet........just wanted to map things a little so there isn't ten tons of stuff leftover.......we can & will send leftover pans home, I'm sure,  but how much overkill?

I also though of pork butt, done over the nite before & hot held, as that would be too long of a cook..............

Not to volunteer people, but Mirk was saying he has lamb & that was a possibility.......roti anyone?

Would you want to do paella in an original Weber wok, or are you more comfy with your standard pan?

I can bring a roti and vacuum sealer if one of you guys has an inverter or generator. I was thinking a pineapple upside down cake on the kettle would make a good dessert. :)

Going with the Paella pan, but please bring your wok along.  I have never seen the original one.

If you are serious, let me know.  Can throw the generator, and a long extension cord on the trailer and bring it along.

Winz, thanks for the offer but I don't think we'll need the roti and generator. There's gonna be plenty of cooking going on. Worst case is Duke can hand crank it haha.

BbqMedic, you should come! You can be my partner for the smokey joe cornhole tournament. ;)

I really really want to be there! My last (for now) college semester will just be winding up so it isn't really an option this time...
I will be looking forward to pics!

Cake- Gummi
Lumpia/spring rolls- Argentflame

Beverages- Bring your own to share

Supplies:
Cooler/Ice- Gummi (1)
Water- Gummi (2 jugs)
paper plates/bowls/cups, napkins, (Argentflame)
gazebo (Argentflame)
utensils.
Foil
serving pots/pans.
Serving tray and sterno thingie (Buckie)
foil trays (Gummi)
Knife and cutting board- one dedicated to raw stuff if you need it. (gummi)
Trash bags- (Gummi)

I have chafer racks & pans & a little sterno.......& enough pans to set some ice in to keep cold stuff cold, if needed......

The asparagus may have turned into baby bok choy...........or maybe in addition to.........

And, I will have smoke woods for folks to take home.....and smaller boxes to put your choice in

"and lighter fluid"......?? ??

Pork tenderloin is a possibility......and a surprise is a-foot............... 8)

Nice, Buckie. I'll bring some wood for trading as well. I also have some half sized alum drip trays that we can use for serving and such.

Dan - really glad you are going to make it.  Buckie will no doubt figure out how to combine the above 3 ingredients into an amazing dish.

Speaking of Buckie, the event needs a safety officer.  He has my vote:
