The close collaboration between myself , Giad and the locksmith has enabled the creation of a mix between the stacker Weber kit Rotiserrie and Kettle Pizza U.S. which provides a stacker with a front opening to bake pizza and a top plate with an option to cook well also above the pizza . Our stacker provides the possibility of being able to be used as that of Weber with the option to pull a flap recessed guillotine ... idea of Gianni ... and turn it into Kettle pizza installing a stainless steel plate to the upper level laser cut with a rear door that allows you to refill the coals equipped with switches that open in a vertical position in order to protect the stone from the ashes released when refilling ... this idea is Giad and the smith has realized by adding small basic details . The whole is always made of steel, tailored to our specifications and requirements. Yeah I was there I did make the stainless steel smoker box taking up the concept of what the BBQDelight cast iron but with increased measures .

That's really impressive! When using the Craycort for pizzas you can just remove the inserts and use the crossbar to keep from burning the seasoning off.

Thanks Golly, Thanks Duke!
Duke yesterday I first used the WRP and I pulled out the inserts  to not remove the seasoning,  to not have too much thermal inertia and because that way I can more easily access the coals!

I did and got a WRP to my Master of coal Giad and as I expected it was much better than me ...

jmeier.............

Prof works with a pretty high-powered metalworking fellow.....most of the re-fit or custom items are stainless steel.....see here, the last five pages of "Just a Picture I Liked" in Off Topic, for several of them including a Go-anywhere shish kabob & a Ranch Smoker.....amazing stuff......

http://weberkettleclub.com/forums/off-topic/just-a-picture-i-liked/450/

It's most likely made by his metalworking friend & we'll see if he has extra photos.....

   @Prof.

Edit :

See the spot welds between the door & the therm in the one photo?

My bet would be there's a lip on each end of the door, inside, that holds it in place.....slight bends, so it pops into the open area when not in use.... :D
"If you want it fancy there is BBQ spray paint at home depot for that. "
    Covered, damper-controlled cooking.....IF YOU PLEASE !!!
