sweet ABT / Jalapeno roaster
« on: September 07, 2013, 08:35:53 PM »
Went to a friend's house for dinner tonight and he made ABTs (on his gasser :()

I was impressed with his roasting rack though!
He just emailed me the link.

Does anyone have that one? Is there a better one anywhere?

This one works ok also.  http://www.walmart.com/ip/Mr.-Bar-B-Q-Jalapeno-Cooker/17164969?findingMethod=rr
To answer ken's question - ya basically wrap the top half and let the bottom half sit in the holder.
I've always had gas...  And now a bunch of kettles because of this place.  Thanks!

I've thought about trying one's like those, but the wrapping the top half only & maybe having to use whole ones just prevents me from going that direction.....if you core whole ones, it's a good idea......

Personally, they just get flopped out on the grates, as maby as will fit...........
