Enough teasing.
I told y'all I recently scored a commercial meat slicer from the area high school and promised some pics, so here they are:

I also scored a custom hand hammered wok that fits on Weber kettles. Here's the pics of that:

Detail of the brackets

Sitting on the kettle

Utensil handle detail

Recently complete pit patio project

A few shots of inside the shed
WSM storage

Wheeled racks for charcoal and comp supply storage. The steel rack gets loaded up with my comp gear and gets rolled right onto the trailer.

Smokey Joe, mini-WSM, and WGA storage

More charcoal storage

Hope you enjoyed all of the pics. I can't tell you how happy I am to not have to cook in the mud, grass and dirt anymore. The kids will be happy they don't have to shovel snow off the grass anymore either.
I've got Webers. 10 - WSMs, 5 - 22.5" kettles, 2 - 18.5" kettle, 2 - SJS, 2 - SJP, 4 - WGA, 1 vintage Coolie Pan

Amazing.  That wok is incredible, and the shots of the interior of your shed make me light-headed.  Glad I was sitting down when I clicked on this thread.

A) Rockin' Shed !!!

B) Rockin' Slicer !!!

C) Rockin' Wokin' !!!!!

Unless you know that someone made the wok themselves......what you have there is an original Weber Wok.......
If someone welded / created it, they had either good pics or a real one to go by, 'cause it's EXACTLY the same !!!!

I was wonderin' 'bout that. And I think I got a great deal on it to boot.

Would you say $25 for the wok and utensils was a deal?

Great setup. Thank you for sharing. I like the slicer. I have a little mini waring and it is OK at best.

That all looks very cool! Thanks for sharing the photos. You are just missing one, a shot of some smoked meat sliced with that slicer. ;)

Not everyone deserves to know the real you. Let them criticize who they think you are.

Beyond deal......mine was free, but cost $36 to beadblast the entire thing to get it ready for seasoning.....
They get them in OZ more often than here & I think they're WAY more than $25......except I think somebody snaked an Ebay deal that nobody else bid on & got one for real cheap....don't remember the particulars.....................

Fantastic pictures HM! I have been wondering what you had for years now. Nice work on the deck too. Thanks a lot for sharing that.

What y'all couldn't see in the shed was that there are 6 WSMs on that shelf. 3 are blocked by the steel shelf.
You also can't see three WSMs and 3 old style SJPs in the rafters!
Now that this project is done, I plan to haul all of the Webers out for a family pic and so I can clean the shed before winter.

Duke, the shed just got built last summer. Before that, most of the Webers sat outside behind the garage. Some got stored in the garage, but not many.

Oh, the 10th WSM is on permanent loan to my Baraboo buddy Pimpsmoke. Actually, I gave it to him but he insists he owes me (which he doesn't).
