I searched for this in the forums, but I don't see much in the way of reviews.
Anyone gone through different pizza stones for the 22" and settled on one certain kind?
I've got a thin 16", but I don't think it's made for charcoal grills, so I'm looking for advice.
Thanks!

I use a kiln shelf with my KP set-up.
Got it at a pottery supply store.
Can handle temperatures of 2000℉.
Never had any issues with it.

I have a PizzaQue for kettles.  Works great.

I like my Kettles like my coffee....strong and black.

Cast iron, dude! You can even use a large iron skillet. Best pizza ever. And you don't need to spend money on any mods to your kettle.

I found the 18" Jumbo Joe with an almost full small chimney of briquets works perfect, vents wide open, sheet of foil under the pizza.

I'm a sucker for Weber offerings. I have the black stone (love it) and the pizza oven (love it!).
Had I not have those, I'd try the gourmet system stone.
That said, you already have one, so give it a try!
Just go easy on the fuel right below. Go sides and behind.
If you have a large cast iron pan, that should work too. I'd flip it over.
Good luck!
