Was that all real time?I am guessing about 35-45 minutes...??...Wings look tremendous!Good call going with whole wings.I prefer those, too, as they are much easier to work with.
When you cook them direct on a kettle, is your charcoal in a single layer? The goal is direct, medium/low heat but not as intense so you get crisp skin without burning or undercooking the interior. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
