Doing whole bodies on my new rotisserie!
« on: December 29, 2019, 12:47:51 PM »
I received a Weber rotisserie attachment for my kettle as a Christmas present this year and tonight is the second time using it! I've got a couple whole bodies getting a quick dry brine and they'll be on the grill in the next hour or so. I did a bone in pork loin as the maiden voyage and it turned out beautifully!

Man this thread title really threw me a curve ball. I thought I’d see some disturbing shit on a Kettle. Never heard them called whole bodies before.  Nice cook.

I just realized that, it's an industry term. I'm a butcher.

Sorry for the scare guys! It's just chicken!

Didn’t know it was an industry term. No worries, just having a little fun.

Yeah they look awesome. What is your seasoning for these?  I’m holding out to find a rotisserie for cheap second hand.

I did this after work so it was just a mix of some premade rubs, salt, fresh cracked black pepper, and smoked paprika. I don't think there was much sugar total in the rub.
