Just a few pics of a Kalbi beef cook on the Copper Mist. 5lbs ribs, 3/4 cup soy sauce, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup sesame oil, 4 cloves garlic, 3 green onions, 2 Tbls sesame seeds.  Mix soy & sugar until sugar dissolves. Then mix sesame oil, minced garlic, chopped onions and sesame seeds with soy & sugar.  Place in container over night and cook 4-5 minutes per side on direct heat.

Ribs look GRATE!! And that's a very nice copper mist kettle!
Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill
