Are those stainless steel grinders or ceramic?

I can say the salt grinders appear plastic @kettlebb

Definitely plastic.

@Bob BQ You've got good taste in grills & grinders...

Nice pickup Bob. I have the black salt grinder. I've yet to see any Vic Firth pepper grinders in any color.

It's not just a grill, it's a WEBER

@Scott Zee, Weber Euro offers them! ...And of course, They are not offered in the U.S. Go figure, right?

The good 'ole U.S. of A.! The mightiest country on earth! And this is all Weber U.S. has to offer us Americans. As I said before, Weber U.S. does not honor "America First!"

Darko

Nice grinders, but looks like cheap mechanisms.

Cool grinders, but those are not Vic Firth grinders.

The black Weber Style grinders (identical to the red ones in your first pic) are available at some Weber Grill Restaurants.

@Bob BQ, Yes, I know those aren't Vic Firth grinders. Lol!  It was in reference to Scott Zee's earlier post, which he edited.

they use plastic due to corrosive nature of salt....the pepper grinders are SS.

I have the Weber SS machined pepper grinder (thumb action-pump).  It's a work out.  Have to get a pic later.

found a pic on the web.  I think I got it maybe 15 yrs ago.  I believe it was a Vic Firth as well.  That's how I learned about the drummers company.  He sold it to the Fletchers Mill people (brothers I believe).  They were  the contractors he used for his mills. (If memory serves).  I have a large red & white mill set now.  Love them
